The Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad, shall present reply in respect of investigation of the matter in purusance to the directions issued by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, on 23.12.2016. The Superintendent of Police shall also inform as to whether he has moved the appointing authority for grant of sanction to prosecute.
Affidavit shall be presented within two weeks from today. Interim order, granted earlier, to continue till then.
