1 Rule. By consent, rule is made returnable forthwith and the matter is heard finally. 2 Petitioner has sought directions to respondent no.4 i.e., the Registrar Ratnagiri District Court, Ratnagiri to provide confidential report which was called by the Principal District Judge, Ratnagiri from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ratnagiri in Criminal Application No.10 of 2015 Shivgan ::: Uploaded on - 11/07/2017 ::: Downloaded on - 13/07/2017 00:08:34 ::: * 2/2 * 11-WP-366-2017.doc preferred by petitioner for transfer of proceedings relating to her private complaint.
3 By communication dated 10.1.2017, the petitioner was informed by the Registrar, Ratnagiri District Court that the copy cannot be given because it is confidential communication. Hence, her application wherein she has requested for copy of communication was rejected. Petitioner is also aggrieved by this communication and prayed that it may be quashed and set aside. The communication is confidential communication between the Principal District Judge, Ratnagiri and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ratnagiri hence, petitioner cannot be given a copy of the same.
