4. This appeal challenges the judgment and order dated 13.10.2015, delivered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-3, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.600/2008. However, this claim petition has been already remitted back by this Court for hearing and decision afresh from the stage of argument, as per the judgment and order passed by this Court, in First Appeal No.61/2016 on this very date. Therefore, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 21 st December, 2017.
