The appellants Siddartha Shivdas Ramteke and Mehaboob Ramzan Turak, challenge the common judgment delivered by the learned Single on 02.03.2009 in Writ Petition Nos. 3835 of 1999, 4516 of 1999 and 4375 of 1999. They were respondent No. 1 respectively in Writ Petition Nos. 4516 of 1999 and 4375 of 1999.

2. We have heard Shri Patil, learned counsel for the appellants, Shri Jibhkate, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Dhumale, learned AGP for respondent No. 3.

3. It is not in dispute that respondent No. 1 in Writ Petition No. 3835 of 1999 viz., Dilip s/o Namdeo Wasnik filed LPA No. 146 of 2010 and this Bench has on 09.11.2017 dismissed it. Thus, the judgment dated 02.03.2009 delivered by the learned Single Judge is already maintained by us in LPA No. 146 of 2010.

4. Therefore, for the reasons given in the said ::: Uploaded on - 08/12/2017 ::: Downloaded on - 10/12/2017 01:46:25 ::: lpa435.09 3 judgment dated 09.11.2017, present Letters Patent Appeal is also dismissed.
