. The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel argued for interim relief. Seen the copy of the FIR and the order made by the Sessions Court. The incident in question took place out of the dispute between the neighbours.
2. Allegations are made that during the incident, he took away cash amount of Rs.15,000/- from the shop of the complainant and thereby he committed an offence.
3. In view of the allegations made and the reasons to raise a dispute, this Court holds that the protection needs to be given to the present applicants till disposal of the application. In case of arrest of the applicant in C.R.131 of 2017 registered with Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 394, 452, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant is to be released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount. This interim protection is to remain in existence till 22 nd August 2017. Till that date on every Sunday, the applicant is to attend the concerned police station between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon for the purpose of investigation and he is to cooperate with police during investigation.
3. Notice. Learned APP waives notice. Learned APP to produce the papers and argue the matter on 22nd August 2017.
