ORAL JUDGMENT: (Per R.K.DESHPANDE, J.) This Writ Petition can be disposed of as it is admitted that the ::: Uploaded on - 02/08/2017 ::: Downloaded on - 06/08/2017 00:28:49 ::: wp.1056.04 2 liability of the petitioner towards Provident Fund dues and damages as assessed on 25.07.2017, are of Rs.2,13,682 (Rs.1,96,318/- towards the dues under section 7-A, plus Rs. 17,364/- towards damages under section 14-B of the Act).

2. The petitioner is permitted to remit the said amount within a period of eight weeks from today. If the amount is paid in installments the same shall be accepted by the respondents. Upon payment of this amount, the notices of attachment shall stand cancelled. If the amount is not paid the authorities shall be at liberty to proceed to execute the notices of attachment.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
