ORAL JUDGMENT ( Per B.P. Dharmadhikari, J.) The applicant no.5-Deepak is present with his Advocate. The non-applicant no.2-Sau. Namrata is present with her Advocate. They are identified and jointly state that they are residing together. The matrimonial dispute is amicably settled and as they want to cohabit in future also the First Information Report dated 09-09-2016 be quashed and set aside. The non-applicant no.2 has filed reply- affidavit and therein also she has reiterated the same thing. 2] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for non- applicant no.1 submits that if the parties are cohabiting the Court should pass appropriate orders.
3] We have questioned applicant no.5-Deepak and non-applicant no.2-Sau. Namrata and we find that both of them are staying together at Malkapur.

4] In view of their joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of
prayer clause (A) of the Criminal Application (APL).
