Learned A.P.P. points out that this Court in its judgment dated 15th April 2015, while dismissing the Family Court Appeal No.283/2015 filed by the present petitioner upheld the order of the Family Court declining custody of child Bhumika, to him.
In this situation, it is apparent that prayer for writ of habeas corpus is erroneous.
In this situation, without observing anything on the merits of the matter, with liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail such other legal remedy as available in law, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
