PER COURT :-
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment of the Industrial Court dated 2.5.2016, by which, Complaint (ULP) No.199 of 2009 has been partly allowed and the petitioners are directed to accord status and privileges to the respondent as a Part Time Class IV employee with permanency proportionate to two hours every day.
2. Issue notice before admission to the respondent, returnable on 23.11.2016.
3. Until further orders in this matter, the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court shall stand stayed. Parties may note, if possible, this petition would be heard finally at admission stage.
