1. Rule. Rule returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the parties.

2. The facts in the present case are identical with the facts in Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher and others..vs..The State of Maharashtra and others; 2014 (1) ALL MR 697, (Writ Petition No.10283 of 2012 decided by High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad on 21st November, 2013) and in Writ Petition No.4628 of 2013 (Dr. Shripad Anandrao Sonegaonkar.vs.State of Maharashtra and others) decided by this Court on 27.01.2014.

3. In that view of the mater, the respondents are directed to compute the amounts payable to the petitioner in accordance with the judgment and order by the Division Bench of Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.10283 of 2012 and another and release the said amount to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
