Without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we find that no case is made out warranting invocation of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. All contentions can be looked into by the Trial Court as and when same arise for consideration.
Accordingly with said liberty and keeping all contentions open, the application is disposed of. No costs.
