1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for hearing finally.

2. The facts in the present case are identical with the facts in the case of Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher & Others ..vs.. The State of ::: Uploaded on - 07/10/2016 ::: Downloaded on - 08/10/2016 00:46:10 ::: 2 wp4463.16.odt Maharashtra and others, 2014 (1) ALL MR 697, Writ petition No.10283/2012 decided by High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad on 21st November, 2013 and in W. P. No.4628/2013;

Dr.Shripad Anandrao Sonegaonkar.vs.State of Maharashtra and others, decided by this Court on 27.01.2014.

3. In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to compute the amounts payable to the petitioner in accordance with the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of Aurangabad Bench in W. P. No.10283/2012 and another and release the said amount to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months.

4. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
