The grievance of the petitioner is that without fixing the amount of compensation and without calculating the area that will be affected because of laying down of transmission line, the towers are being erected.
Issue notice, returnable on 04-07-2016. By an ad-interim order, the respondent No.4 is restrained from erecting the tower and laying down the transmission line pursuant to the permission granted by the learned Collector by the order dated 02-02-2015.
