1. Heard the petitioner on video conferencing as well as learned APP for the State.
2. Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has stated that he has sent letter dated 6.5.2013 from Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba to this Court and in that letter, he has stated that jfoanz vkacsjdj 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 26/12/2016 ::: Downloaded on - 27/12/2016 00:23:16 ::: 6j. cri wp 3103-13.doc he wants to argue the said matter personally, therefore, he seeks direction that he be produced before the Court and he be heard.
4. The letter dated 6.5.2013 is numbered as Cri. Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013. We have heard the petitioner on video conferencing in the said petition and the said petition is disposed of, hence, nothing survives in this petition. Rule is discharged.
5. Office to communicate this order to the petitioner who is in Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba.
