ORAL JUDGMENT (Per B.R.Gavai, J.)
1. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard by consent of learned counsel for both the parties.
2. The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to respondent no.2 to forthwith issue a Government Resolution and thereby grant permission to petitioner no.2 -
College to increase intake capacity in the Architectural Course from 40 to 80 seats.
3. The State Government has issued a Resolution dated 11th of August, 2016 whereby, permission is granted to the petitioner no.2 - College to increase intake capacity in the Architectural Course from 40 to 80 seats.

5. In that view of the matter, the only issue remains is, action to be taken by the respondent no.3 - University in pursuance to the Government Resolution dated 11 th of August, 2016 and in view of the permission granted by the Council of Architecture.
Necessary steps be taken by the respondent no.3 -
University in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.
With the above direction, petition stands disposed of.
