We find that it will be more appropriate that the Receiver is Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) instead of Sub-
Divisional Officer (Police).
In that view of the matter, we modify the order dated 14th of July, 2016 and direct that hereinafter the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Ramtek shall act as a Receiver. Present Receiver shall handover the charge to the newly appointed Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) within a period of two weeks from today.
