The petitioner has filed this petition for
direction to the respondents herein to
implement the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Tribunal at Hyderabad, passed in O.A.No.8289 of 2010, dated 13.05.2012.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is same, as was in W.P.No.14253 of 2024 in the case of S.Madhusudhana Raju and Others, decided on 18.07.2024, and so the present writ petition is squarely covered by the said judgment.
3. The learned Government Pleader for Services-IV shall obtain instructions in that aspect, as prayed.
