1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants is present through virtual mode.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants represented that he filed a Memo dated 24-09-2024 before the Registry for withdrawing this appeal vide U.S.R.No.85730 of 2024 and the same is placed on record. He further represented that the matter has been settled between both the parties outside of the Court. The representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant is recorded.
3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
