COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the Judgment in Crl.A.No.36 of 2021 dated 29.05.2024 passed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada which confirmed the judgment of conviction and sentence in C.C.No.875 of 2018 dated 09.08.2021 passed by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.
2. Heard Sri T. RAMESH BABU, the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri G.UDAYA BHASKAR, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State.
3. Perused the record.
4. Today the petitioner herein and the victim/respondent No.2 is present. They filed I.A.No.02 of 2024 seeking permission to enter into compromise.
5. There is on record, the compromise petition and it bears signatures of the petitioner/accused and the respondent No.2/victim and it is stated that the elders settled the disputes among the 3 petitioner/accused and the respondent/victim and therefore, they voluntarily entered into compromise.
6. In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2024 is allowed. Consequently Crl.R.C.No.490 of 2024 is allowed in terms of compromise. The impugned judgments of both the courts below are set aside. The revision petitioner stand acquitted. Her bail bonds stand discharged. Fine amounts paid by her, if any, be refunded on filing necessary petition before the trial Court.
7. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of compromise.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
