APPEAL SUIT No.1013 of 2004
JUDGMENT:
Sri Ashok Kondeti, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a letter, along with letter addressed by the party, requesting the Court to withdraw the appeal suit as the appellant got settled the suit claim amount.
2. Sri K.V.Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, is also present.
3. The letter, dated 05.04.2023 submitted by the appellant- Smt.Chaganti Vardhani Meenakshi is placed on record.
4. In view of the letter submitted by the appellant, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, in view of the dismissal of this appeal, the connected Contempt Case No.1421 of 2004 is also closed.
6. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
7. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
