Learned counsel for the appellant Sri I.V.N. Raju would submit that the appellants are not turning up to proceed with the hearing in this Criminal Appeal.
The appellants are released on bail in terms of the direction given in the case of Batchu Rangarao v. State of A.P. : [2016(3) ALT (Cri.) 505 (DB) (AP)]. As per the said judgment of the Division Bench, when the appellants are enlarged on bail in terms of the directions given in the said judgment, they have to appear before the Court on each and every date of hearing. The record reveals that they are not appearing before the Court on the hearing date. Therefore, issue N.B.Ws. against the appellants. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State shall take steps for cancellation of the bail granted to the appellants. List the matter after three weeks.
