AND THE HONOURABLE SIR JUSTICE DUPPALA VENKATA RAMANA WRIT APPEAL NO.818 of 2022 JUDGMENT:-(per AVSS,J) This is an appeal filed under clause 15 of the Letters Patent, assailing the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.31908 of 2022, dated 28.09.2022.
A perusal of the order passed by the learned Single Judge shows that the learned single Judge disposed of the Writ Petition, having regard to the consent expressed by both the parties.
In view of the same, this Court does not find any merit in the appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
