3) 12.10.2022 AVRB, J The Registry has placed information that in spite of the letter, dated 05.11.2008, to the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, the material part of record in C.C.No.235 of 2005 and Crl.A.No.123 of 2007 is not received.

It is a case where since 2008, the record is not received. Already both sides argued and the matter is to be reserved for judgment.

Under the circumstances, Registry is directed to call for the lower Court records with a special messenger from the lower Court on or before 19.10.2022. Put up the lower Court records on 19.10.2022 and then the matter will be reserved for judgment.

This order shall be communicated to the Registrar (Judicial) through special cell forthwith.
