appellant represents that S.A.No.255 of 2020, presented against the regular appeal against the decree and judgment of the trial Court, which already admitted and the present second appeal is preferred against the cross appeal. It is also concerned the same decree and judgment of the trial Court.
In the circumstances, this second appeal is directed to be tagged on to S.A.No.255 of 2020 and both the appeals shall be heard and disposed of together. List the matter during the second week of December, 2021.
