Smt.T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel for the appellants represented that in spite of her best efforts she could not get any instructions from the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents appeared online. In the circumstances, it appears that the appellants have lost interest in this matter and are not intending to pursue.
