There shall be interim stay of execution of E.P.No.10064 of 2019 in M.V.O.P.No.167 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Krishna, Vijayawada and also execution of the decree and Judgment dated 17.07.2018 in M.V.O.P.No.167 of 2014 on the file of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal - cum - Principal District Judge, Krishna Machilipatnam, on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount along with proportionate interest and costs within a period of eight(8) weeks from today.

___________ DEV, J I.A.No.2 of 2021 This application is filed to condone the delay of 740 days in representation of the appeal.

Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner herein and upon perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed along with this application, in the considered opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to condone the delay of 740 days in representation of the appeal, subject to payment of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocate Clerks Association within the period of One(1) week from today and file receipt of payment along with the memo, within one(1) week thereafter.
