Manmadha Rao ORAL JUDGMENT Dt: 22.10.2021 (per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ) Ms. Marella Radha, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the directions issued in the order dated 23.12.2020 passed by the learned single judge in W.P. No.24731 of 2020, which was filed by the respondent No.5/writ petitioner, relate to the land in question belongs to the appellants.
2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, I.A. No.2 of 2021, which is an application seeking leave to file the writ appeal, is allowed.

3. At this stage, Mr. G.L. Nageswara Rao, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents No.1 to 4 submits that pursuant to the directions issued by the learned single Judge in W.P. No.24731 of 2020, the respondent No.4 i.e., the Tahasildar, Ongole Mandal, Ongole, Prakasam District, has completed the enquiry, but rejected the prayer of the respondent No.5/writ petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the land in question.
4. In view of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ appeal and the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the respondent No.5/writ petitioner moves any Court including this Court against the refusal of her representation by the respondent No.4, the appellants herein would be entitled to intervene or implead as parties in the proceedings.
5. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
