                      The    following    substantial   questions   of   law   arise   for
                    determination in the second appeal.
                            1. Whether the lower appellate court would have
                                 considered the decree and judgment passed on
                                 24.08.2018 against the 1st respondent herein

when the appeal is pending?

2. Whether both the courts below would have considered suit debt dt.15.09.2008 is very much prior to the fraudulent transactions took place on 05.05.2010 in between the respondents herein, who are son-in-law and father-in-law.

Issue notice to the respondents. List the matter during the third week of December, 2021.
