1. Whether the appellate court was correct in
reversing the judgment of the trial court without
formulating proper points for consideration as
required under Order 41 Rule 31 CPC?
2. Whether the appellate court has committed
serious error of law while holding that the suit
schedule properties are joint family properties
erred in not considering the alienations made by
late Mallareddy as void?
3. Whether the appellate court failed to consider
that the partition pleaded by the defendant false
under the exception of Section 6(5) of the Hindu
Succession Act, 1956?
