Sri Anup Koushik Karavadi, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo dated 09.09.2021 stating that the matter has been settled out of the court and seeks to withdraw the appeal itself.
2. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay as well as the appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
