JUDGMENT:
Alleging willful disobedience of order passed by this Court in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 13172 of 2018 dated 17-04-2018, the present contempt case is filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the contempt case, the petitioner surrendered the entire staff to the Government and that therefore the cause either in the contempt case or in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
3. Recording the said submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
