1. 04.10.2021 RRR, J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.59 of 2016, dated 21.10.2019 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali allowing the suit for specific performance filed by the 1st respondent herein.
As the main appeal itself would become infructuous unless a stay is granted in the mater, there shall be a stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.59 of 2016, dated 21.10.2019 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, for a period of eight (8) weeks.
