Since I.A.No.1 of 2021 is allowed, this second appeal is disposed of in terms of the terms of compromise entered into in between the parties. Accordingly, there shall be a decree in terms of this compromise.
Registry is directed to enclose original memorandum of compromise to the decree in this case.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed. Interim Orders, if any, stand vacated.
