                  1. Whether the lower appellate Court committed
                     error in accepting judgment and decree in
                     O.S.No.525 of 1985, when original plaintiff was
                     not a party to the said suit and the judgment
                     and decree not binding on the appellants?
                  2. Whether the lower appellate Court committed
                     error in computing the limitation period from
                     1986, when the temporary injunction order
                     enforced against defendant No.9, who is the
                     defendant in O.S.No.525 of 1985 but not from
                     1998, when the original plaintiff alleged
                     disposition and filed E.A.No.155 of 1998?
