The following are the substantial questions of law:-
i) Whether the 1st Appellant court below is right in setting
aside the judgment and decree, dated 11.03.2019 of trial
court without there being any positive grounds to
interfere with the judgment and decree of the Trial Court
except ipsi dixit evidence?
ii) Whether the fact of title and possession is proved
beyond 60 years both by documentary and oral evidence
the 1st Appellate Court can set aside the judgment and
order of trial court?
Notice to the respondents including the learned
Government Pleader for Arbitration representing respondents 1 to 3.
List the matter during 1st week of January, 2022.
