7. 02.11.2021 CMR, J 8 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor relies on the Judgment of the Kerala High Court in the case of Johny Mathai v. State of Kerala (2015 SCC Online Kerala 12094) on the preposition of law that under Section 473 of Cr.P.C. that the Court can suo motu condone the delay.
