2. 02.11.2021 DVSS, J The instructions given to the learned Government Pleader show that they are not giving certain appointments since the reference to a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.3609 and 7040 of 2002 and coming to the adequacy of the reports. It is submitted that the retirements of the ST category in Grade-II Headmasters is 27 (6%) adequacy whereas 45 people are working.
This Court is of the opinion that counter affidavit is necessary before granting any interim order.
