Satyanarayana Rao ORAL COMMON JUDGMENT Dt: 01.11.2021 (Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ) I.A.No.1 of 2021 is an application for condonation of delay of 697 days in presenting the writ appeal against the order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.14738 of 2019.

A perusal of the order passed by the learned single Judge indicates that the issue concerning grant of minimum timescale to Lab Attendants has been examined by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in the case of P. Khadar Basha and others v. State of Andhra Pradesh, reported in 2017 (6) ALD 638 (DB) and the case of the respondents/writ petitioners being same, they shall be entitled to similar relief.
