"Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an interim suspension of the sentence alone i.e., sending the petitioner to Special Home for three (3) years by the judgment, dated 18.3.2019 in J.C.C.No.93 of 2017 on the file of Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, which was confirmed by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge-Cum- Special Judge for Trial of Offences against Women, Guntur in Crl.Appeal No.109
- Of 2019, dated 26.05.2020 and the petitioner/Juvenile is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing surety for assum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two (2) sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-cum-lV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur."
