"The matter is pertaining to the jurisdiction of the court and the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner relied on two judgments passed by this Court: , On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents contested the same, and vehemently argued that said judgments relied by the petitioner' counsel are over ruled by the Hon'ble Supreme court. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, as it is a contested matter, it has to be heard at length. Hence, post on 16.06.2021 for final disposal of the matter.
