to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his Counsel
Sri PV, Krishnaiah, Praying the High Court to punish the
Contemnors/Respondents for contempt of court for their willful, deliberate and
intentional non-implementation of the Judgment of the Hon'ble High Court
dated 02-11-2019 in W.P.No. 17278 of 2019 within stipulated time even till

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court,
upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and earlier order of this Hon'ble Court
dt. 06-12-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri P.V, Krishnaiah, Advocate for petitioner, made the following

ORDER:-

"This contempt is filed for non-implementing the order Passed by this
Court on 22.11.2019 in W.P.No.17278 of 2019,

In the cause list, it is mentioned that notices were served on respondents
1 and 2. But there is no representation on behalf of the respondents and no
counter is filed,
