Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondents not to alienate the suit schedule property to third parties, pending
disposal of AS.No.126/2020 presented to the High Court to allow the Appeal
and by setting aside the judgment and decree dated 21-10-2019 in 0.5. No. 261
of 2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Nellore.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and
affidavit filed herein, and Order of High Court dated 27-02-2020, 19-03-2020,
21-10-2020, 6-11-2020, 02-12-2020 & 15-02-2021 made herein and upon
hearing the arguments of Sri Eerla Satheesh Kumar, Advocate for the
Petitioner, the Court made the following
