JUDGMENT:
The 2nd appeal arises against the Judgment and decree in A.S.No.122 of 1996 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole dated 22.10.2003 partly allowing the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.78 of 1985 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Ongole dated 07.03.1996.
It is represented by both the counsels that during the pendency of the Second Appeal, the parties have entered into compromise out side the Court on 02.11.2020.
Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed with an observation that the parties shall adhere to the compromise strictly as arrived at. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
