The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/Accused passed in C.C.No.248 of 2017 dated 03.08.2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kadapa as confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.177 of 2018 dated 23.02.2021 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case and petitioner shall be released on bail on his 'executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kadapa. The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty thousand only) before the trial Court within four weeks from the date of this order."
