The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI P B VIJAY KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following ORDER:
"Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the action of the 2" respondent in entertaining and registering the Revocation/cancellation deed vide document No.11020 of 2019 dated 13.12.2019 unilaterally presented by the 3" respondent by canceling the Registered document No.9030 of 2016 dated 28.11.2016 executed by the 3 respondent, without any notice and knowledge, in contravention of Rule 26(i)(k)(i) of A.P. Registration Rules is illegal and arbitrary.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the Judgment of this Court in Kolli Rajesh Chowdary Vs. State of A.P in Writ Petition No.977 of 2019 dated 07.03.2019 and also Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Thota Ganga Laxmi and Another Vs. Government of Andhra Pradesh & others reported in 2010 (15) SCC 207 there shall be interim suspension as prayed for".
