Respondents

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to
issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus,
declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 4th respondent herein in
mutating the name of the respondents no 5 to 12 in revenue records (Adangal, etc)
pertaining to the lands to an extent of Ac 23.90 cts, Ac17.42cts, Ac3.07cts, Ac 6.64cts,
Ac 25.46cts and Ac 51.04cts in S.No. 210, 211, 212/1, 212/2, 213, 222, of
Purushothapatnam Village, Seethanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District contrary to
the Civil Court decree in O.S.No. 19/1988, dt 09-07-1991, is illegal, arbitrary, violaive of
Principles of Natural Justice, Contrary to the Provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and
Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the rules made there under and Arts 14, 21 and
300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to delete the
entries made in revenue records pertaining to the Survey number and extent stated

supra.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondents not to issue pattadar pass books and Title deeds, to the respondents no 5
to 12 herein pertaining to the lands to an extent of Ac 23.90 cts, Ac17.42cts, Ac3.07cts,
Ac 6.64cts, Ac 25.46cts and Ac 51.04cts in S.No. 210, 211, 212/1, 212/2, 213, 222, of
Purushothapatnam Village, Seethanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District, pending
disposal of Writ Petition 10605 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondents particularly the 4th respondent to follow the decree and judgment, dt 09-
07-1991, in O.S.No.19 of 1988, on the file of the District Judge, Rajahmundry in
mutating the name of the petitioner branch and the unofficial respondents branch
names in the on-line revenue records(adangal, 1B, etc) pertaining to fhe lands to an
extent of Ac 23.90 cts, Ac17.42cts, Ac3.07cts,Ac 6.64cts, Ac 25.46cts and 51.04cts in
S.No. 210, 211, 212/1, 212/2, 213, 222, of Purushothapatnam Village, Seethanagaram
Mandal, East Godavari District, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition No. 10605
of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and the Orders of the High Court dated 28.07.2020, 17.08.2020
02.09.2020, 01-10-2020, 01-12-2020, 31-12-2020 & 08-02-2021 made herein and upon
