WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri RAVI
KONDAVEET! presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,
praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the
High Court may be pleased to allow the CRP by directing the Court of {| Additional
District Judge, Vijayawaada to dispose of E.P.No.5 of 2019 along with E.A.No.190/2019
in O.S.No.191 of 2013 on its file without any delay.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, Advocate
for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as
to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
