in these matters the appellant died on 17.08.2018 and 1st respondent died on 06.04.2016. Accordingly, the proceedings get abated.

The submissions are made pursuant to the Memo fled by the respondents counsel in the Registry.

Accordingly, the Second Appeals are closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the above Second Appeals, shall stand closed.
