JUDGMENT:-
1. None represented the appellant even this day.
2. Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5
appeared online.
3. Inasmuch as no arguments are submitted on behalf of the appellant in spite of listing this matter under the caption "for dismissal", having regard to the nature of this case, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
4. The Commissioner for workmen compensation, Tirupati, is permitted to disburse the compensation amount to respondents 1 to 5 (applicants) without insisting for security, in accordance with the provisions of Workmen's Compensation Act.
5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
