JUDGMENT:
Heard Sri M.R.S.Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellant who also filed a letter to the Registrar(Judicial) dated 22.12.2020 informing settlement of this matter before the Lok Adalat at Kurnool. Sri Chetluru Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents also appeared and concurred with Sri M.R.S.Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. In view of the submissions by the learned counsel for the appellant and the letter referred to above, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
3. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
4. I.A.No.2 of 2018 is closed being unnecessary. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
